Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your date. The 50% deposit will be applied towards your final bill.

We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Berea. If you’re outside of that radius there will be an additional fee.

In the event of a cancellation, we will hold your 50% non-refundable deposit for a future booking. Cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to the event.

Weather is unpredictable, if you need to cancel due to weather plans we will hold your 50% non-refundable deposit for a future booking.

Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the event date. We will send a reminder to collect the final payment & confirm any final details.

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete and inside of a venue (home, warehouse, etc..) We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

We clean and sanitize after every booking. Cleanliness is a top priority.
